I was honestly quite nervous before going in, but the whole thing went much better than I had expected. Dr. Ruby explained what she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Probably the first time am rating a doctor but they definitely deserve a shout out, am paranoid of dentists and hence the ease at which they put the patient and professionalism is fabulous… neat and clean clinic and a calm soothing feeling no matter the drilling going on inside the mouth 🙈
One of my previous implants had given out. It had to be addressed, and a new one placed. The surgery was long but handled without any pain or discomfort. Dr.Ruby is excellent and competent. Dentist. She handled it very well. And to add, the clinic is very modern with the latest equipment. In fact, unlike most other clinics, they have the ability to show your pre- and post-work on a large screen whilst on the chair. Extremely satisfied.
